- Ordered products will be availabe for download for customers who paid and have logged in to the Empty Room Systems Store. In case of loss, customers can log in again and download another copy. There are no boxed versions of the products available yet.
- Privacy & Security
- Empty Room Systems stores the personal data you provide when ordering a product or registering as a user of the web shop. Credit card numbers are not stored by Empty Room Systems. Personal data entered during the registration process will never be sold or given to third parties unless applicable law enforces Empty Room Systems to do so. All payment processing, including processing of credit cards, is done by Paypal. Paypals terms of service, rules, safety statements etc. apply.
- Returns & Replacements
- Empty room systems generally does not provide refunds: it is your responsibility as a customer to check if your systems conform to applicable specifications provided by Empty Room Systems before ordering and paying for the products. Please contact customer service if you feel you are entitled for a refund.
